DOWNSTAIRS, NEAR EUROPE SQUARE
SAVLI is a compact wine bar and bottle shop in central Batumi. We focus on Georgian grapes, small wineries and bottles with a story — from fresh Kartli whites to qvevri amber wines and serious Kakhetian Saperavi.
The street window is the shortest way in: ring the bell, choose a glass and we pour it from inside. If one glass turns into two, the bar is downstairs.

One of Giorgi Solomnishvili’s most personal wines. Dedicated to his father: serious Saperavi, fermented in qvevri and followed by French oak.
A livelier side of Saperavi from a small independent winery: juicy berries, freshness and softer tannins without the weight of a classic powerful style.
A lively Kakhetian Mtsvane from a small producer, with flowers, fresh fruit and bright acidity — an easy introduction to local white wine.
A clean blend of two classic Kakhetian grapes. Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane meet in a fresh, citrus-led wine with a mineral edge.
An unusually mature Chinuri with long barrel ageing. Usually a bright, light grape, here it becomes creamy, broad and serious.
Two aromatic Georgian grapes in a modern white from Bolnisi: juicy, soft and approachable, with expressive fruit and perfume.
Rare Georgian Shavkapito meets Merlot. Oak ageing brings spice and roundness, creating a bridge between local character and a softer European style.
Natural unfiltered Kisi made traditionally in qvevri by a small family winery. A tiny production with bold texture and unmistakably Georgian character.
Unfiltered Saperavi made traditionally in qvevri. Small-production Kakheti in a deep, structured and characterful bottle.
Classic Saperavi from Mukuzani with oak ageing: dark cherry, spice and depth for guests looking for a serious Georgian red.
A protected Kakhetian appellation known for structured Saperavi. Long oak ageing gives this wine power, depth and a long finish.
Merlot softens Saperavi’s power while oak ties the blend together. A rich Georgian red with a rounder, more velvety shape.
A rare blend of three Georgian grapes with extended qvevri time: deep, complex and built for guests who want an unusual side of Georgian wine.
Georgia meets Italy: part of the Saperavi is dried using the appassimento method before qvevri winemaking, creating extra concentration and a velvety texture.
A playful bottle with a historic Megrelian grape inside. Ojaleshi is soft, aromatic and berry-led, with a distinctive western Georgian identity.
One of Georgia’s rarest grapes, grown in a very limited part of Lechkhumi. Delicate, silky and aromatic, with naturally small yields.
The classic Racha pairing behind Khvanchkara: Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli create a fragrant, silky and gently sweet red.
An indigenous western Georgian grape in a friendly style: juicy fruit, fragrance and softness without heaviness.
Rare Georgian Khikhvi turned into an unfiltered Extra Brut pét-nat. Very dry, alive and slightly wild — a local alternative to conventional sparkling wine.
The easiest sparkling bottle in the selection: light Italian Prosecco with gentle fruit and soft bubbles, ideal for starting the evening.
A classic Georgian grape in traditional qvevri form. Skin contact turns Rkatsiteli amber, textured and tannic — the opposite of a light European white.
A deeper, concentrated expression of Kisi with dense texture, spice and a long finish for lovers of amber wine.
Fermented in steel to preserve aroma and acidity. Citrusy, fresh and herbal — a familiar choice for lovers of crisp white wine.
A modern Georgian Sauvignon Blanc: a familiar international grape grown locally, fresh and aromatic for guests not ready to dive into qvevri.
A modern Georgian rosé fermented in steel for clarity and freshness: light, berry-led and deliberately uncomplicated.
Classic Kakhetian Saperavi with dark berries, density and spice — an expressive Georgian red in a very recognisable bottle.
Saperavi made with carbonic maceration in steel. Raspberry, red currant and fresh acidity replace the usual heaviness, with softer tannins.
A characteristic Kartli white grape valued for freshness and lively acidity — clean, light and not overly aromatic.
A playful natural pét-nat from western Georgian Tsolikouri — lively, local and slightly wild for guests who want something beyond Prosecco.
One of western Georgia’s key white grapes, loved for softness and fresh fruit: an approachable local white without heavy structure.
A contemporary Georgian rosé for an easy aperitif: fresh, juicy berries and minimal seriousness.
A blend of two aromatic Georgian white grapes. Mtsvane brings freshness, Kisi brings perfume and volume — a friendly introduction to local varieties.
